Where can I get copies of movies that are unavailable on dvd or vhs?

There are a number of movies that I
would like to add to my collection.
That are not available via the usual
channels. (Such as Amazon, Warner Archives
20th Century Archives ect.)
That so far as I know , have never been
issued on vhs or dvd.
Are there reputable web sites that can
copy & sell these hard to find films?
