Best as I remember this is a sci-fi channel shown movie. A sub has been taken over and they have to invade it using midget submarines, then somehow they end up prisioners in a cave where russians(?) use some force to release viking like super demons that can stand up to machine gun fire. Our heros escape while the demons and russians battle.
Not the rift or endless descent or the dean cain or space eels movie.
